Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital Voted as Trusted Brand Three Years in a Row in Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey

For the third time in a row Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital was voted by consumers as the recipient of the Gold Award (Hospital Category) in the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey in April 2010. The survey was first conducted in 1999, and the Hospital Category was introduced in 2007. This year 1,000 respondents in Hong Kong were asked to name (unprompted) their most Trusted Brand in a wide range of products and services according to the following six attributes:

• Trustworthiness & Credibility
• Quality
• Value
• Understanding of Customer Needs
• Innovative
• Social Responsibility

The award testifies to the trust and confidence of the community as recognition of our commitment towards setting industry benchmarks of quality and customer satisfaction in our endeavours. This achievement is certainly a source of inspiration for all of us to further heighten our levels of performance and maintain our growth trajectory.
