Post-natal Rehabilitation 
The post natal period is the period following delivery, during which the new mother’s body begins to recover and returns to normal.
This is an important time for a woman and her new-born to set the foundation for long-term health and well-being. 

Women can experience a variety of conditions during their post-natal period, including:


Blocked Milk Ducts/ Mastitis
Patients with blocked milk ducts will be scheduled as soon as possible for a physiotherapy session to minimise the risk of progression to mastitis.
