The annual charitable “Walk For A Vision – Virtual Walk/Run” will take place from 22 March to 9 May this year to raise seed money for “Children Cancer Care”, a fund newly set up by HKSH Village Volunteers. The raised fund will be used to offer financial assistance of non-medical expenses to families of children with cancer, such as transportation and food expenses during treatment of proton therapy or follow-up consultations at the future HKSH Eastern Hospital.

Guidelines for Participation
- Complete the online registration form, indicate the category of your choice
- Complete the required distance of your category within the event period, at the time and location of your own choice
- Use your sports watch or mobile app to record details of your walk/run, including the time, route and distance
- Please submit related photo(s) if you want to enter any award competition

- Collect donation and deposit to the designated bank account on or before 31 May 2021
- Participant can use any App to record the walk / run
Souvenir
As a token of thanks for supporting the event and caring for the patients, all participants will receive a souvenir upon entering the virtual walk. The souvenir will be delivered about one month after the event.
Lucky Draw
Each participation with donation shall be entitled to one entry in the Grand Lucky Draw. Prizes include a pair of Wireless Sports Earbuds, Sportswear Coupon, Classic Afternoon Tea Coupon and Supermarket Cash Coupons. Multiple entries to the Lucky Draw are permitted, but each participant is eligible to one prize only.
Donation Payment Methods
Please deposit donations to the CMB Wing Lung Bank Account of “HKSH Village Volunteers Limited”: 020-611-006-0200-7. Or make a crossed cheque payable to “HKSH Village Volunteers Limited”. Please state clearly the event name, participant’s name(s) and number(s), contact details on the back of the cheque. Tax deductible receipt will be issued to any donation of HK$100 or above.
