What is Cornea?

Cornea is the clear, transparent membrane at the front part of the eye. It acts as a strong refracting apparatus and looks like contact lens.

Keratoconus

Keratoconus is a condition where the cornea protrudes outward like a cone and generally starts as a normal blurred vision, sensitivity to bright lights and occasional itchiness.

Age group: mainly affecting people at the age of about 30
Symptoms: sudden deterioration of astigmatism
